Field-to-Bill — find the work you did but never billed
Field-to-Bill — find the work you did but never billed
Scaffolding contractors lose revenue in the gap between site and office: variations agreed on WhatsApp, Sunday call-outs, extra hire weeks, daywork sheets that never reach an application. Field-to-Bill reviews a project's contract, emails, site chats, timesheets and invoices, and lists the work that was instructed and delivered but not billed.
How it works
You share a closed project's records (or we work from synthetic examples first).
Claude reads every document and proposes each potential unbilled item with exact quoted evidence.
A deterministic checker verifies every quote against the source file and recomputes every amount from the contract rate. Anything it cannot verify is flagged for review, never reported as money.
You get a report: each amount next to its evidence and any alternative reading of the contract.
Where we are
Early-stage. Tested on blind synthetic UK scaffolding projects with planted unbilled items, already-billed decoys and traps. We are now looking for UK scaffolding contractors to pilot on one completed project.
